We offer global free shipping on orders over $250.
Garden Apothecary products are handmade, fresh from our apothecary in Half Moon Bay, CA. We ship weekly, via USPS Priority. Depending on observed bank holidays, it will take anywhere from 2-5 business days to ship to continental US residents. Oversees shipping may take up to a week or longer.
Garden Apothecary products are purposely unique and unlike most other skincare products. We suggest contacting us directly if you have any questions, prior to ordering. We do not offer exchanges or refunds due to general dislike of the products. Should you receive damage due to shipping, please send us a detailed note with image of damage within 7 days of shipment received for an exchange. Store credit will be issued within 30 days of discussed return. The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of any returned products.
